Housing
We advise tenants renting from local councils, private landlords and housing associations and people trying to establish their right to be housed. We also advise owner-occupiers and respected landlords who need legal guidance.
If your standard of living is being affected by the action (or inaction) or your landlord, neighbours or other people, we can advise you of your rights and we will advise those other people of their obligations to you. Prompt legal action will often stop the problem becoming serious and achieve the outcome you want. If not, we have the resources to take the matter to the appropriate court.
